I declare that all detail filled in online form is true and correct as per my certificates. Uploaded photo in registration form is clear as per guideline. I accept all condition given in advertisement. If before or after selection found any details incorrect I will be held responsible and relation office will have right to cancel my admission and can take legal action against me. All Document (Mark Sheet/ Certificate / Reservation and Reservation related certificate are attached. My registration will be considerable after submit fee at given date (This will not applicable for Person with disability). I checked my photo and other documents as per my records and I found it’s correct.
