Geographical Tour Notice – For All BA Students
Date: Saturday, 19th October 2024
Time of Reporting: 6 AM (College)
Venue: Nehru Planetarium, Solar Show, New Delhi

Fee Structure: ₹1200 per person Including Solar show ticket, Transportation, Refreshment (non-refundable)
Objective: To enhance geographical knowledge and provide hands-on experience.
Important Guidelines:
1. Every student must submit an undertaking form signed by themselves and their parents/guardians.
2. The undertaking form will be available in the college office.
3. Students must reach the venue on time.
4. Attendance is mandatory.
Undertaking Form Requirements:
• Student’s name and ID number
• Parent/Guardian’s name and contact information
• Declaration of fitness for travel
• Acceptance of responsibility for personal safety and belongings
Payment Details:
• Payment can be made through cash or online transfer
• Last date for payment: 15th October 2024
